Symplocus Racemosa
Symplocos racemosa is an evergreen Ayurvedic plant with broad crown and stems that grows to the height of 6 meters. The stem bark is used to cure gynaecolgical problems, blood diseases, and inflammation, leprosy and eye diseases. It is effective to heal female associated health problems. It is a uterine tonic which relaxes uterus wall and tissues. It helps to treat gynaecological problems such as menorrhagia, frequent abortions, uterine bleeding disorders and leucorrhea.
Rubia Cordifolia
The roots of the plant are sweet, bitter, acrid and used as anti-inflammatory, haemostatic, antidysentric, antipyretic, analgesic, anthelmentic, improves the voice, the complexion and cures the Kapha, the inflammation diseases of the uterus, the vagina, the eye, the ear and the blood. It is also used in the cure of leucoderma, ulcers, urinary discharges, jaundice and piles.
Ficus Religiosa:
Bark and leaf extract of this plant is being used in the traditional medicine. Bark of the plant is used as gonorrhoea, diarrhea, dysentery, leucorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginal and other urogential disorders haemorrhoids, ulcers and gastrohelcosis. It is also useful in inflammation, burning sensation, anti-bactrial, analgesic, anti-diabetic and anti-oxidant.
Mimosa Pudica:
Ayurveda has declared that its root is bitter, acrid, cooling, vulnerary, alexipharmic. It is used in the treatment of leprosy, dysentery, vaginal and uterine complaints, and inflammations, burning sensation, asthma, leucoderma, fatigue and blood diseases. Decoction of root is used as gargle to reduce toothache.
